SPECIAL MEETING
Special meeting of the Grundy Area Vocational Center Board was held on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. The meeting was called to order at 1:58 p.m. by Mr. Pat Halloran, Pro-Tem.
Members Present: Mr. Shawn Hamilton and Jeff Stangland. Also present were Mr. Lance Copes and Mrs. Sue Howe.

ACTION ITEMS
Approval of Project House 19 Cabinet Bids
Mr. Copes presented the re-bids for Custom Cabinets for Project House #19. Mr. Copes recommended Caliber Custom Cabinets per specs in the amount of $13,918.00. Motion was made by Mr. Stangland and SECONDED by Mr. Hamilton to approve the bid of $13,918.00 submitted by Caliber Custom Cabinets. On roll call vote, those voting AYE: Coal City, Morris and Minooka. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by Mr. Hamilton and SECONDED by Mr. Stangland to adjourn at 2:00 p.m. On voice vote, those voting AYE: All. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.
