Bolingbrook Police officer Mike Johnstone, and owner of Heart Break Towing John Hulbert visit our classes every year with two of their race cars. Mike and John not only start up their cars for the students and show them all the safety features and how they work but also give them a real life education for their futures. Mike talks about drinking and driving and drug use and how it impairers your senses. He does a great hands on demonstration using drinking glasses and gives real life stories using some of his encounters of accidents involving teens as a police officer. John owning a towing service gives examples of accidents hes had to clean up and the severity of vehicle damage from drinking and driving.
