Alzheimer’s Walk
This past Saturday, September 26th, various students from Health Occupations, both “first-year” and “advanced” walked to raise money for Alzheimers. Each one of our participants were asked to collect donations towards this cause. Our chapter alone raised $371.00. This was an excellent amount that we used to contribute to the $100,000 raised for Alzheimers through the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk. The walk was held in Joliet, IL. The students enjoyed a morning full of laughs, excitement, and getting together as a team to raise money for Alzheimer’s.
Thank you to all who helped!
