The 2009/2010 GAVC Building Trades Classes invite you to check out our newest photos of our Project House! After two years of hard work by our students, the home has been completed and is in the process to sell. The house is located at 2425 Indian Grass Road in Morris.
This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, three full bath ranch home, featuring a brick and cement board exterior, covered porch, and trex deck. Home includes two gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, custom cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, 9 ft. ceilings in basement with wet bar, hardwood floors, and porcelain tile in all bath and laundry rooms. It also features tankless water heaters and a 2-zone, super efficient gas fired furnace and a/c.
