Agriculture I - Ag Science Curriculum

The Ag Science course (Animal Sciences & Plant/Crop Sciences) provides a student with essential knowledge and skills necessary to have a solid agriculture foundation.  This course will give students an opportunity to demonstrate skills and knowledge in the application of basic plant, animal, and soil science; food safety; agricultural safety and regulatory practices; record keeping/documentation; and an efficient and effective use of resources.  Students participating in Ag 1 will experience hands-on activities, projects, and problems and will learn to solve problems, conduct research, analyze data, work in teams, and take responsibility for their work, actions, and learning.
