Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year and to the GAVC Welding Program!

To our new Welding 1 students — we are excited to have you join the shop and begin learning the skills, safety practices, and hands-on experience that make welding such a rewarding trade. Whether you are exploring welding for the first time or already have experience, this class is designed to challenge you and help you grow.

To our returning Welding 2 students — welcome back! This year will build on the skills you developed last year with more advanced projects and opportunities to prepare for careers and the next step in your future.
