We sent 19 GAVC students to Peoria April 25-27 to compete for Skills USA.  We sent 5 welders, 3 automotive, 1 multimedia and graphics, 4 criminal justice, 1 health occ, and 5 advanced/foundations to compete this year.  I proud to announce the following: 

Criminal Justice:  State Champion  Bradley Raffel    *** he will travel to Atlanta to compete at the National Level

Advanced Teaching/Foundations of Teaching:   Early Childhood Education:  STATE CHAMPION:  Valeria Garcia    5th Place:  Mackenzie Enger

Preschool Interactive Bulletin Board Display: STATE  CHAMPIONS  Valeria Garcia and Kira Dergo

Early Childhood Education:  2nd Place Valeria Garcia.
